ABOUT ME
Tessa Lubertozzi
Hi! I’m Tessa, a Chicago-based graphic designer and artist who enjoys working across both digital and hands-on creative practices, from brand identity and motion design to baking and painting.
In my full-time role as a Multi-Media Designer at RealityCheck, I translate complex research and strategic insights into clear, compelling visual communication. I create presentations, data visualizations, motion graphics, videos, and marketing assets, while also leading website and e-commerce design across WordPress and Shopify. I serve as the company’s creative lead, maintaining brand identity across all touch points, and I founded and currently lead the Design Internship Program, overseeing mentorship, creative direction, and design quality standards.
Alongside this, I work as a freelance graphic designer specializing in brand identity and visual systems for startups and boutique businesses. My freelance work spans industries including fitness, consumer goods, and tech, where I develop logos, typography systems, packaging, websites, and marketing assets, often taking projects from early concept through implementation and production.
Across all my work, I focus on building thoughtful, adaptable visual systems that make complex ideas feel simple, intentional, and human.
